Beneficiaries Inquiry
This is the main screen for reviewing Beneficiary Accounts.
Beneficiaries
This shows the beneficiary accounts that are active. The buttons below show how to filter the list.
Show Beneficiaries
This button can show ALL Benenficaries. The list current shows only Beneficiaries with Balances.
Show Banks
Click to show Beneficiaries in ALL bank accounts. It only shows the current bank account by default.
New Transaction
Click to select a type of transaction to add.
Payables View
Displays a list of open Payables items.
Show Paid
If checked, Allows you to see all invoices.
Payable Balance
Shows the total of items Payable.
Ledger List
Shows all activity on the Beneficiary account.
Print Ledger Card
Print a ledger card for this Beneficiary account.
Ledger Totals
Shows the total of Deposits, Charges, and Balance.
